In 2025, Pittsburgh EMS will celebrate 50 years of the best care, anywhere. Throughout the past half century, our dedicated personnel have responded to over 50,000 emergency calls each year in the City of Pittsburgh. We are honored to have impacted and saved countless lives - both residents and visitors of our beautiful city. Over the past five decades, Pittsburgh Emergency Medical Services has been recognized as one of the leading EMS agencies in the country, known for outstanding service, dedication and constant advancement in the field of prehospital medicine. In August 2025, the exact 50th Anniversary of Pittsburgh EMS, we will host an incredible celebration to recognize and honor those who have served, both past and present. 100% of the proceeds from this sale will directly benefit the Pittsburgh EMS 50th Anniversary Celebration event.
